Lisa, ship the lighters back to the MSC with a return address in Yemen and you will definitely get their attention.

That is the Catch 22. As lighters, they have 'dangerous' fluids in them and there are no legal ways she as an individual can ship them anywhere. The only way she could legally get them to the company would be if she drove them there in her vehicle, not going through any tunnels.
But a) the carrier would not accept them and b) they wouldn't arrive back at the purple portal to give her appropriate credit for completing the job.
A friend of mine got a call from one of the market force schedulers asking her to go do a product recall shop in a town 30 miles from her. They were offering the princely sum of $8 for her to go dump some product. She told them the distance and price of gas in our area and they agreed to the feel she asked for. She was then told it would be in her assignments list in about an hour and that there was a 48 hour window in which the shop has to be done. It never showed up in any portal whatsoever and her e-mail to the help desk got a snippy little answer implying that she was looking in the wrong place. To make it even more interesting, one of the blanket e-mails goes out an hour or two later saying "hurry hurry now bonused to $12" Basically she was lied to and played for a fool.

Well, with those games why in the would does anyone want to work for them???

Her Serene Majesty, Cettie - Goat Queen of Zoltar, Sublime Empress of Her Caprine Domain
Which is probably a failure of an individual to follow through, Cettie, or else they agreed what they were not allowed to do. I have had a couple of those where I was obviously called from a position with enough clout to actually award the shop at my price instantly. I have never had them agree to a price and not get it to my list promptly. I have had the 'we'll get back to you'or 'we can't do that' responses to my price. I just have not had any scheduling games with them.
Nor have I. When they call, the phrase that's music to my ears is "What will it take?" If we strike a deal, it's done. If the scheduler needs to get approval, I have even been called back with a thanks, but no thanks.
