I have seen only one client with them and there are two locations in my area. I have shopped the locations before for a different company and the last time I was into one location the sole employee remembered our previous conversation months before so I really had to ad lib to have my current visit be even vaguely reasonable. Not the fault of the company or the client or the shopper. The employee was fantastic, but he is always the person minding the store.
