I wanted to let everyone know to be sure and record your job # if you do any work for Service Intl,I did a job for them back in August which meant I was due to be paid at the end of Sept,but when I didn't get paid and I inquired about payment they said they had no record of the job and did I know the job # ,which I haven't been able to find ,I found the receipt for the job I did but no job #.I used to do a lot of work for them and never had this problem,I just wanted to pass this info on for future shopping.

Don't know who the "they" you spoke to was, but if the shop was successfully submitted, someone has a record of it! If you've only spoken to one person so far, I'd take it further. Sometimes one hand doesn't know what the other person is doing. For example, if "they" were in accounting, perhaps someone did not funnel the "to be paid" information. That actually happened to me once with a different company, and the problem was ultimately resolved.
At the end of each job reported you can look at your invoice and it will immediately be recorded there. As a routine matter I record their job numbers because I need to enter them on the receipt sheet I fax in.
