RE: Certified 800 Number

Has anyone else had trouble with the 800#?
It's 1-800-320-1290.
Try a payphone if you don't mind possibly losing a quarter or two.

That number is blocked from payphones for reasons unknown, yet their other number for trailer checks 877-224-5291 will work from any pay phone!!!

Try ext. 1641. It cuts out the middle crap. That's a direct extension to a LIVE body.

Glad to hear that; thought I was going insane for a minute. The company doesn't make sense when they ignore scheduling, shipping, and technical problems!
