My payment from the Feb shop also hit my account today. I'm not sure I'll perform any more shops for them in the near future. It seems like they might have cash flow issues? I don't want to be caught in the uncertainty.

I've been wondering too. I also think that possibly the fact they bank in Australia and are located in Malaysia may be an issue. They certainly seem to have a rather casual attitude about paying according to their own pay policy.
Thankfully I also received payment on the 25th. I will not be doing anymore shops for them until I see they start paying on time per their stated schedule with no problems for several months. Only then will I consider doing mor shops and only if highly bonused.
Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I have experienced the same issues, February shop, paid April 17th. Their policy clearly states payment by the end of month following the shop date. Now I am having to chase them for a March shop, which should have been paid 4/30. Email replies, sometimes, I have also called Malaysia from US on my dime. I do not know how they gain the clients they have with this type of treatment of shoppers. After all, I shopped on time, answered their f/u questions immediately and they play games on payment. I would stay away unless you enjoy chasing money that you have earned.
I'm convinced GBW is experiencing budget and/or cash flow issues. I'm no longer accepting GBW shops even if offered the high bonuses. It's not worth the payment chase and the possibility of not even being paid.
If they straighten out their house, maybe I'll consider shopping for GBW in the future. Until then, no chance for ShopperXX to provide his timely and reliable MS experience to an unreliable company.

More shops for me! Although really I only do the client that limits you to 2 shops a month anyway so not more shops for me.

In my region, GBW has one client, and client has 3 locations, one of which they could not pay me enough to shop, as it's in highly congested traffic and expensive parking location, so with 2 locations, it's impossible to shop more than once every 6 months, if that. So how are you getting 2 shops a month with GBW unless they have other clients ?
In Feb I did a location in Savannah and Atlanta. In March I did locations in Houston and Austin. In April I did locations in Charleston and New Orleans. This month I'm doing locations in Naples and Savannah.

Followup: I just got paid for a shop from December that was initially denied. The reporting software didnt work and I had to use an alternative that didnt allow me to answer correctly. Thank you gbw, i'm done unless you want to pay me $250 to test drive which I would do free anyway.

It would be helpful to others if you could provide some details.
They take forever to pay. Over 90 days last assignment for me.
I did my first shop for them at the beginning of May, and still no payment. But sounds like it's too early to expect anything yet.

Hoping I get paid for my shop done in May. Have enquired them several times, but they give me the runaround. Glad some of you got paid! Hoping the rest of us do! I personally won’t ever shop for them again.
