Nothing new here. Got a call from my scheduler yesterday but I can't take any new assignment till I receive my Feb's payments.
I just got an email response to a separate email. Payment for February shops should be made by the 11th.

Kinda slower than my previous payment
It was been made on 5th and the money was transferred to my bank account on 10th
I ended up using PayPal for my payment. I hope that happens this time.
I got same response on my enquiry sorry for delay Feb shops to be paid April 11th. I hope so. I doubt I will be shopping for them anymore. Payment issues several times in a row equals problems.

Agree. I too am having apprehension about accepting any more shops. If I do, I'm holding them for BIG BONUS ransom. In the meantime, still awaiting "enquiry" response about Feb shop pay. I'll put another enquiry in on Monday if I don't hear anything from GBW.
I haven't shopped for them in years, but back when I did, I did not receive payment for a well bonused shop for over a year. It was a closed location and there was some discrepancy and confusion involved, so I had given up on it. One day they called me for another job and I declined and told them about not being paid for the job from a year ago. I was paid within a day and gladly took their bonused offer which was paid without hassle. They don't have much around here any longer, but I do still love those accents.

My response wasn’t to enquiry- I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a response to those or if I did it was a lot later. Instead I emailed the address that was attached to my shopper log in acceptance email.

Same here! I just emailed and told them if I don’t have payment in hand before my next shop then I’ll have to cancel the shop. I won’t do another job if I can’t get paid for jobs over 60 days old that were completed and not paid.
In one way yes but in another it’s frustrating because the shops aren’t hard and they are just not doing right by shoppers or the clients. It isn’t rocket science and it shouldn’t be hard to pay your shoppers. The bank is in Australia so it’s not like it’s in a place that has strife and turmoil. From what I understand Malaysia isn’t exactly a problem area either.

I just got a response to my enquiry that says my payment is being validated by PayPal. Sooo... it is hopefully happening!
My payment status has changed from processing to PAID just now. I will update here when I receive money in my bank account Kinda glad to see that

Mine still shows as processing....sigh... well if I don’t get the money by tomorrow I guess I’ll be cancelling the shop I had planned on Saturday.
How much money they are processing for you ?

Mine still in processing as well. They did finally answered my “enquiry” that “the payment was transferred from GBW Melbourne to shoppers bank. We are still waiting for PayPal confirmation.” It shouldn’t be this hard and they have a history of paying late. I’m owed $50 for one bonuses shop.

Still not paid for feb shops. They told me the 11th when I enquired. I put in another Enquiry. I will not be preforming anymore work till I see that their track record on timely payment changes.

No pay today. Just got another text message to complete a shop which I declined because I have not been paid for my Feb shop.
Nothing here either...., guess I’ll be cancelling the assignment. I was hoping it would happen but I guess it’s not going to yet.

I’m waiting for mine via PayPal. They keep saying they are waiting for notification from PayPal.
Perhaps updating to direct deposit is an idea.
