Gap Busters pay ?
That’s the number. It’s the only one I know of! Luckily I didn’t have to call - I got an email response.
Still nothing. I guess I will call them tonight using Skype. I’ve sent numerous emails, enquiries via their site and instant messages. My payments for Dec 1st shop still only show as processing.
I just got paid for my December shop - yay! It did take a couple days but not the whole 4 days. They told me that payment comes from Australian office - Melbourne specifically.
I just received pay for my December shop. A few emails, texts and phone conversations got it done, Too bad it had to resort to ongoing solicitations.
They finally replied to my "Enquiry" and said I was paid today, on the 14th. Of course I now have to wait for it to show up in my bank.
They offered me Paypal as an option. It was quicker.
They also offered Paypal to me which I jumped on. Glad to see their payments are being resolved. Now the question is should I accept another shop from them? If it's at a premium price then I probably will.

You can change to PayPal by editing your Profile page. I just did this so I’m setup if I ever decide to shop for them again.
I did finally receive my payment for my Dec 1st shop today.

There is no option Paypal method in my profile page
Only bank infomation But well, i got paid by my bank too so i think it won't be a problem to me

You need to select “edit” on the profile page and then you will see the question that asks how you want to be paid. You can then chose Papal or bank deposit.
No, I haven’t been paid yet either for my February shops....

Still waiting for payment on Feb shops. I just submitted an enquiry.
Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
They seem to always be late and do not pay unless you ask.
Still says my pay for a Feb job is processing. I sent an enquire and a text message and both have not been answered.
I submitted an inquiry last night so we shall see..
It's a non U.S. company so they call it an "enquiry".
Whatever they call it - I just hope they answer it! We shouldn’t even have to “enquire” and if I keep having to do so, I will reconsider doing jobs for them. It’s ridiculous.

I agree. I only agreed to do my Feb shop because of the bonus and only accepted it after finally getting paid for a previous shop. It took several texts back and forth with scheduler to finally get paid then.
How do you find out who the scheduler is? Is it in the paperwork?

They text me asking me to take a job. I just answer the text asking for payment before accepting another job.

I did the same thing. Held up committing to do another shop for them in February until my December shop was paid. I went thru the scheduler who helped expedite the payment, Still waiting for the February shop to be paid before committing to the April one they keep asking me to do. Like you, I only took another shop with them due to the heavy bonus I negotiated. If I do perform another shop for them, the bonus would have to be even higher than the last one. Might not be worth fighting for the pay, submitting "enquiries" and working thru schedulers to get paid. I feel for the schedulers as they have to fill jobs while also having to field the discontent of their shoppers not being paid in a timely manner.
I just want to be paid and will ask for pay first before agreeing to another job. Worst comes to work I will agree to another job once paid and then just cancel agreed to job. It's just not worth fighting to be paid.

I do the same like you. I'm waitting for my February payments and then I will do April shop after I receive my Feb payment.
Still waiting for February pay and still getting text messages to take jobs which I refuse. No answer to either my text or enquiry. Beware.
