If the MSCs are not aware of an issue, you should consider the possibility your browser is causing the problem. Try another or even a third. If the problem continues across all of them, contact the MSCs again. I'm not sure if there is a way for shoppers to contact Sassie directly. Regardless, it is the MSCs paying for the service so Sassie should be responsive to them.
I wanted to add this. Before completing a survey only to find the whole thing did not load, check the bottom to be sure the submit button is available first. It will at least save you a few headaches.
