I sent an e-mail last night, haven't heard back yet.
Okay, this was my first shop for them. The shop log said the payment was sent on the 16th. Today is the 20th and the payment finally appears in my account. BUT... I was only paid the reimbursement amount. The shop fee and the bonus was not included. Is it normal for them to make two payments for shops or should I start tonight making noise for my fee?
No payment and no answer to my e-mail still...

NOT normal, barbage. I have shopped for them for 2 years - like them a lot but they have few shops I like (they do a lot of tanning shops, yuk, now photo pizza, doubleyuk, and they are getting into video shopping, nonono, etc.) Really a nice company. I usually do an adult store with $15/$15, get paid/reimbursed at the same time, always like clockwork. I got PayPal'd on the 16th. I'm thinking something's wrong. You should email them.

It turns out that the shops that I did are by special arrangement and will be paid by the scheduling company on its schedule, not on MCPs. I have talked with the folks at that company and the check is in the mail. It's a company that I know very well and trust completely.

I also haven't received payment for my shop with MCP but my site also shows I was paid. Walesmaven, for the shops you are mentioning, did they happen to be pizza shops? I sent them an email, but wasn't sure which email to use. Does anyone know who I should contact?
I don't do pizza shops, sorry. I only do video shops for MCP.

I had e-mailed them about the pizza shops twice and haven't received any responses. I know everyone says they are a reliable company but I am starting to worry.
I received an email on the 15th telling me payment was made.
It appeared in my paypal account on the 17th, as Charles Woods, with
MCP in the fine print.

I have the same problem. Its a pizza shop. It shows paid on the 16th and still no payment. I have emailed twice and no response. I had done 2 cell phone shops and they were paid no problem, seems to be a pizza problem.
I still have not been paid my shop fee. I was paid for the reimbursement of the pizza, but not the shop fee and the bonus. I too have email three times with no response.
Check Violation, Barbage. There is talk about the payments over there too. Except the Prez. posted some contact info for payments over there.

Third times the charm. after my third email the money appeared in my paypal account.
All of their payments come from charles woods, so check your Paypal account for that name.

I haven't had any MSP not respond to me at all like that. This is really leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Thought I would follow up to clarify my pay issue. I was paid today for my July shop clearing up the matter.
I did one shop for these folks in May and they rejected my pizza pics. I would be real careful with them. I think they may be one of those companies looking for excuses not to pay.
they usually are pretty good with payments..interesting. But i only do Adult Store shops for them, so that company pays on time. I had one hiccup with them and it go cleared up.

I know that once, within the last year, MCP paid their shoppers even when the client just plain defaulted! These are not folks who are out to cheat shoppers.

I can't actually find their payment schedule. How long does it usually take to receive payment from MCP?

My payment for July - due about August 15th was not received. Talked to them and they said it was a glitch and the shop didn't get reviewed. So I was assured it would be in September 15th batch. Never had a problem with them before and they give me glowing references.
I finally got my payment posted to PayPal after 3 e-mails.
