PROS Payment/Contact Info Question

Did anyone else receive an incorrect payment amount from PROS today? Mine was $15 less than it should have been. Last month there was an issue with payment also, but it was corrected five days later.

Does anyone have contact info for them? I have an email, but when I've used it before, I've not received a reply.

They are on SASSIE. Go directly to the job that seems to be short according to your Shop Log and hit the "Contact/Help" to ask about the discrepancy.

Well I can't tell which shop it is. The odd thing is they have 18 shops marked as being paid today. Add up those 18 shops and you get one amount, but the amount that was paid is $15 less than the total of those 18 shops. Since they are all marked as paid, I don't know which one did not get added in.

Also, I rarely have luck when I email them, especially about payment.

Contact them about the whole lot of them. Go to every shop they "paid" you for, and copy and paste in the same message. :-)
