I just found out about that. I had to call to see where my lost receipts were from over a month ago and she said they have that option now.

Anyone get it to work? It did not work for me. It just threw up SQL errors, and so did the "contact us" feedback.

Yes, I uploaded 2 that I had previously emailed. Both switched the box on Shop History/Receipt Status from blank to "Pending". One is now approved, the other still pending. I can't tell if the approval was from the one emailed the day of the report or from the one uploaded today.

I figured. :-) I tried with both FF and Safari and neither worked. I got the same SQL error both times. Now I need to call them, I guess.

Dee,

Did you ever get this to work? I used Chrome on a PC tonight, and the shop itself seemed to submit, but when it was receipt submission time, I got errors.

I copy/pasted the shop results into Word, then printed and faxed it, because I honestly can't tell if my report was accepted online. Then I scanned and emailed the receipt as an attachment.

I did finally get receipts to go through on Sunday. And then again this morning.
