Customer Impact

I am new, so I am looking for opinions about CustomerImpact. Are they, a great company that does pay? I have seen many companies that they never pay the shoppers. Does anyone have an opinion about them?

They have 2 awesome restaurants in my area that I love to do. The schedulers and editors have always been great. They pay on time. Never had a problem with them.
I've done several restaurant shops with them, including some upscale ($200+) establishments. They've always paid me on time and are very responsive to questions. No problems here at all!

Shopping central Arizona.
More thumbs up for Customer Impact. They don't have much in my area, but the shops I've done for them have been positive experiences, from scheduling to payment.

We are all here on earth to help others....What on earth the others are here for I don't know.

Great company, restaurants I love (two where I live), and have done their upscale 200.00 one. Really a respectful company, always pay when they say, with reports being fairly easy and staff always ready to help.

Great company. They pay on time, have never rejected a shop and have only asked for more comments when it was my fault for not including in the original report.
Customer Impact is so easy to work with. They answer the phone and will answer a question and have even made accommodation request changes to the shop instructions. I give them a good report and I have never had an email from the editor. Just add another 10 in the shop log.
