Lately in my area they haven't had much except for those FFs.

I am new to both this forum and Mystery Shopping and I have a question. I read through these because I too have had a problem with market Force rejecting one of my shops due to unclear directions. Someone mentioned an appeal. How do you do that? Thanks for your help and comments!

I have responded directly to the rejection email stating my case. If you have deleted it, you can try through the Help Desk on their website.

MF is my current steady MS.. The FF's are plenty---Micky Dees, 5 guys and a burger, IHOP, and ALDIs.

They are emailing out daily, D_A_I_L_Y shops bulletin and if you mysteriously click on one, you have self assigned yourself. I don't like that.

MF also does "AUTO-ASSIGN." I have informed them on many occasion not to 'A-A' me, but they still do. How many cancellation are they going to let one do before giving that shopper a negative rating? Because with "A-A", they assign the shopper. But they want the shopper to cancel, if it conflicts with their life and priorites.

Keep track of your pay becuase I have experienced MF not paying the change (44 cents/67 cents). "Know what they owe." MF pays by the 20th of the month and Certified pays the week after the shop.

Apparently, you don't know enough not to violate your ICA's, sojo. Edit your post to remove the names of the MSC's clients, please.

Never have had a problem with that and sometimes if I am headed in the direction of the shop within the next few days I will indeed click on them to see if the date and time will work.

MF has been over by $1 or less on a couple of occasions, but never under. Been working for them for quite some time. I don't know that MF has ever paid me later than the 15th. This month the money was in my account on the 10th, last month the 11th, the previous month the 12th.

yes MF has some banks, but they are far away from my area, mainly I am working with them on fast food and retail

Do they shop banks monthly?

Quite a few months ago, they shopped a bank in my area, but I haven't seen it on the job board again since then.

I used to love to do their banks, but the bank they shopped in my area went belly up and the larger bank that took them over appears not be be shopped. Has anyone seen Compass Bank shopped by any MSC?
