Shadow, I'm sorry for your troubles. I have shopped off and on with STN for over three years and have no complaints. It's sad that your longstanding relationship has gone south. Having five years' experience with them, you probably know everything I'm about to say.
The STN site has more checks and balances than some other sites.

From personal experience, I had a shop whose receipt did not upload, despite having my submission show its image. I did not receive an email, and had not been on the site for a few days. If I had been, I would have seen on my home page in red letters, that I had a report with errors. It had been a busy month for me with STN, and a scheduler called me about the receipt, telling me my shop could not be accepted without it. I uploaded it again and asked for confirmation of receipt. The receipts crew emailed that it still had not come through, and gave me a different address to email with the attachment. The third time was the charm, and that report was put to bed.
Since that occurrence, following every shop I submit, I check
Finalize Shops and
File Shop Report until the shop is moved to
My Assignments...
My Report Archive. At that point, I know all is well.
