PROS Payment WTF?

Did anyone else get a PROS payment today?

When I sign into my PROS log, it says I was paid for $152 worth of shops, but my payment from them in my Paypal account shows only $15. Anyone else experience this today?

Have you looked again? They paid me individually for each shop instead of one bulk payment. Scared me for a minute too, until I scrolled down further and saw there were several $10.00 payments. Yeas each one had a separate email too.

I could be Paypal and not Pros. I had the same thing happen to me. I got a message on Paypal saying "excuse our virtual dust", so the problem could have been with Paypal. Anyway, I got all of my payments in now. Good luck.

I got two notices from Pros on 03/10 for individual shops. There is often a slight lag before the payments show up in Paypal.

Right, I know about the lag. I just mean that usually MSPs (including PROS) give you one payment for all the shops you are being paid for at that time. Last month from PROS I received one payment for all my Jan. shops. Yesterday, I received 27 separate payments from PROS.

CSE does the same thing; 30 shops 30 payments! Makes me crazy.

I'm just the opposite. It makes the accounting easy for me.

If there's anything missing from a lump sum payment and the elements aren't spelled out in the paypal note, it's a huge hassle to figure out which shop didn't get paid.

I want one payment for each shop in my accounting system.

I agree with Steve. I prefer that.

I guess I can see it both ways.

I was just surprised to see it yesterday since PROS hadn't done that before.
