Has anyone had any problems with PRG? I have recieved emails about phone shops available and I log on but I can't seem to self assign. I've done phone shops for them in the past (have yet to be paid) and did just fine. Over the last couple of days I recieved emails stating that they had lots of phone shops. The first time I checked it I could see the shops, but the system would not allow me to accept any. I got a message that I was accepting too many phone shops. I emailed the scheduler and got an error in mailing, yet later got a response. I was told that I could go ahead now and do the shops, but upon attempting to do so I could not. A few days have passed and I got another email saying that the shops are now $2 rather than $1. I figured it was worth a try, but again there are no shops showing on the site. Should I just ignore future emails?? Advice anyone?

Used to have a Vicky as a scheduler. Run from her too.
Lots of non payment issues.

I use to do the KK in my area. Did them once a month for about two years. Then they went to every three months. Never really had any problems with them until the last shop I did in 10/08. Never received payment. Email after email and phone calls and never got a cent. I don't do work for them any longer and I don't think Vicy is with them any longer either?? Bad company.

Vicky has been gone for a long time. Since then, they have used two separate schedulers, one who sued for non-payment, and won...but can't get the money as they don't have any. The other was involved in a shopper discussion last year on Violation about a group action, but I don't know what happened with that whole thing. This is one company to stay far away from.

Thanks again for all your help. I was thinking that I should avoid them mostly because of the technical problems I was having on their site. I was wasting too much time trying to get answers. The phone shops were quick and I could do them at night, since they are out west. Then when they offered $2 a peice instead of $1 I thaught that was fishy, but again they were so easy and convienient... Oh well.

I am very disappointed with Pacific Research Group and will not do any more phone shops for them. Like spelley, I thought it was great because I also live on the east coast and figured I could do the phone shops at night. I did about eighteen dollars worth of phone shops for them and got paid two dollars. When I look on the invoice on their website there are all sorts of subtractions of money owed because of the quality of my reports. Yet I was never told I was doing anything wrong and when I was doing these shops I would often attempt to contact them with questions or scheduling issues via their online contact us link and they never once responded.
