Why I no longer shop for Ath Power

Yup! Although she is not the main person I had the problem with, she is the manager I spoke with regarding my problem. While she did encourage me to stay on as a shopper, she did absolutely nothing to fix the situation. I honestly just gave up on this company after this.

I had a similar experience with a scheduler from Ath before. I decide not to accept shops from her anymore. She gave me a poo rating after I contacted her supervisor. She gat mad and sent me an email that left a bad taste in my mouth. The other schedulers I deal with have always been personable and top of the line. I no longer receive emails from Katie Brown anymore. either she took me off her list or she no longer works for them!

I stopped shopping for Ath Power because I did a bank shop for them for $20 - and I was paid. But not before going over the head of the scheduler and the editor. Basically, I had to come up with a reason I was unhappy with a call I'd made to customer service - the 800 #. The banker was supposed to use this situation to suggestively sell more banking products (which I personally find offensive, but that's just my take - don't use a customer service situation such as this to push more products on me) and did not and Ath Power had a hard time believing this. I kept getting emails from them asking me what did the banker say next? Did they mention product X? That kind of thing. I stopped shopping for them because I won't pull words out of the air to make them happy. I only report truthful findings of what occurred during my visit. If an associate neglects to do something they were supposed to do, it's beyond my control.....and so I gave up shopping for Ath Power.
