JC and Associates LLC

Has anyone else had a problem with payment from JC? I did two jobs in September and October for them. The expense page said "pending" and never changed to "approved". However, I sent my receipts in before the due date. I tried contacting Jason about payment and that I had copies of my receipts, and of course I was ignored. Finally I received an email back and it was a generic generated one that stated the IC agreement about the receipts. I emailed him back and I stated my case. I still have yet to hear something. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since I know there was a transition to another company. I am upset about this. Not only the money, but the disregard. I work full time and fit these shops into my schedule. My reports were received and accepted so it only seems fair to pay me for my services. They expect us to do shops on time however they cannot pay us on time, or at all. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to get the ball rolling and get paid for what is rightfully owed to me. I was hoping to avoid getting mean because that is not my nature, but it's just not fair. I have been a loyal shopper with them since 2006 and to be treated this way is unjust.

Do a search both here and on "V" and you will find you will be lucky if you ever do get payment...... Payment is definitely not consistent with him.

I have money still outstanding from May, on a 7 day pay job, yet. Dealing with him is worse than dealing with Restaurant Evaluators. I am going after this one, too.
