Bare "absorbed" Video Eyes about a year ago and since then (with new staff on the "video beat"
they have had few video assignments and have dropped their pay levels for video to the point where a lot of experienced video shoppers are not biting. At a recent professional conference, the company president stated (at an open forum) that they were moving away from video "because the clients don't want to pay for it." Oddly enough, the same conference was attended by principals of several other MSCs that are growing their video business by leaps and bounds in industries that have not used video before now.
In the past I also did some non-video work for them and was generally pleased. however, the options for their shops in my local area are pretty limited.
