How do I get paid?
JMRidgway payments are made within 45 days of the completion of your assignment. For example, if you completed your assignment on June 15, your payment will be processed on or before July 30th. (NOTE-that means that is when it is processed. Please allow 5-7 business days after that to allow for your check to arrive in the mail or payment to be made via your Paypal account). If payment has not been received, after allowing for the said time stated please email the following information to Frank Kneisley at frank.k@jmridgway.com:

Thanks for the list and all the additional posts. I just want to clarify. Bare pays via Direct Deposit on the 20th of the month following the month of the shop, correct? That's what I have on my "cheat sheet".

JMRidgway--got paid today, 7/3 for shops up to May 21st via PayPal.

I can add one as a caveat:
Cirrus - anybody's guess/luck of the draw.

When does KSS international pay?

I have a change for Strategic Reflections. I usually receive payment by check about 2 months after the shop was completed. Here is the note on their website:
Checks begin processing approximately the
27th-30th of each month for shops completed the
PREVIOUS month and are mailed after processing is
complete.***
(Example: Checks for all shops completed in February
will begin processing around March 27th-30th, after the
client has approved all shops for the prior month.)
You will receive an email when the checks have been
mailed, so you will know it is on its way.

Anyone know payment terms for Service Excellence (Service X)?

Took a shop for them, but have no idea when they pay.

Reflections MS (now part of iSecretShop platform): PayPal within 30 days of the completed assignment

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.

The iSecretShop is a software platform. Therefore you can't just list it as a MSC with a particular paying schedule. Multiple MSC's are using this platform and they all pay by their own schedules. It is basically like Shopmetrics, Sassie, Prophet, etc.

Examples of some using this iSecretShop platform are ReflectionsMS, Jancyn (using both Prophet and iSecretShop with different shops on each), InTouch (using iSecretshop in addition to their regular interface), MeasureCP (using iSecretShop in addition to Shopmetrics), etc.

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.

Franchise Compliance= NEVER

Jancyn (thru payal) 5-6 weeks after shop is submitted

If you are on direct deposit from Market force how long does it take to get paid. I see a date and a total on my account but nothing has been added to my account.

For June shops you should have been paid by now. Under Shopper Messages MF posts the date the direct deposits will be sent to their bank. After that it may be one to three days depending on how your bank posts. It seems mine were always in my account anywhere from the 11th to the 15th of the month.

Sentry Marketing 75-90 days after shop report is accepted.

iSecretShop - can be 30 days, but it has also been 45-60 days.

The ISS payment dates vary because it is a reporting platform. Some of the actual companies who use ISS do pay net 30, but most are in the 60 day range.

Our policy is that we pay by check, 30 - 60 days after the assignment is accepted. If a shop was paid 75 - 90 days after completion, it is likely that the check was returned to us or there was another issue with processing of the payment.

Great info - I hope at some point a mod can combine the info in a single post - still a sticky - after the into has been verified - for ease of use.

Did some shops for The Brandt Group on 7/3 and 7/14, got paid on 7/21 via Paypal. Nice!! Very nice people to work with too!! I wish they had more in my area!!

I have also had super fast payments from Service Excellence-great company.
