Instant Replays - payment issues

I have been reading posts here for over 3 years. I somehow missed these! And I did 13 shops for them between August- Oct. Now that a sizable amount if money. I won't go into details YET of what I am going to do if I am not paid next week---- but my question is- has any one reported this company to MPSA or VSN? I am really curious.

I will be this weekend sending (MSPA) everything they asked for. They are already on alert at MSPA. I was trying to give the owner one last chance but has completely ignored my last plea...again. Thank you for reminding me to proceed.
I think VSN is already aware of the situation since Instant Replays is no longer on their members list. I do not work for this company or do video shops but I don't understand why someone would agree to do several jobs for a company they have never worked for. Agree to do one shop for them and then make sure they pay you before you accept new work from them. Your time is money so don't sell yourself short.
I wish this could have worked out better. I also had to ask for payment but Mark always paid me for my shops so I would work for him again. I think we all lose with less companies or opportunities.
IR had fun assignments and Kathy was awesome - I foresee more troubles in IR's future which is too bad. Mark unfortunately just exacerbates the situation when he ignores email after voicemail after 2nd email...ad nauseum.
