Mystery shop companies for restaurant franchises

I have another question. Do national franchises usually use the same mystery shop company nationally? If so, does anyone know of any good mystery shop companies that deal with national franchises throughout the whole U.S. which would probably be in my area (Green Bay, Wisconsin)? I think it's okay to ask this, isn't it?

It varies a lot. I have seen the same mid level casual restaurant being done by 4 different MSPs simultaneously with each handling one section of the company. Market Force International offered some upscale casual dining across the country but they have not shopped them since about Oct 2008 and the shops have not shown up with anyone else. Bare International had mid level casual dining that stopped about the same time. Many many many restaurants have reduced or eliminated shops for now and many restaurant locations in my area have just closed because even when they were being shopped we often found them less than 10% full. The restaurants we are currently shopping are small local/regional chains and they are with a diverse array of companies. Most frequently I find casual dining opportunities at A Closer Look. As or whether they have shops in your area, sign up and see. They posted within the past few days for August but they have a list of locations they are currently working with in your area under "Locations".
