Consumer Research Group????

Does anyone know anything about Consumer Research Group? I just started mystery shopping in October and I've done 166 shops so far. I received an e-mail about grocery shops in my area and responded from Consumer Research Group. I did one grocery shop for them. They don't post any way to get in touch with them except by e-mail at ShopperHotline@crg-web.com. You submit your report online and then you either fax or scan and e-mail your receipt. I scanned and e-mailed my receipt, but when I completed the report I got an error message that the date had to be the current day or in the past. It WAS the current day. I checked and re-checked the date. But could not get past that error, so I saved and e-mailed the shopper hotline. No answer. I e-mailed for 3 days without success, periodically trying to submit the report but got the same error. Today - day 3 - still no response from the hotline and my report is GONE! I went in and it is now blank. I'm wondering now if this is a legit company. They provide no names of the account reps, no contacts, no telephone number except a fax - only an e-mail hotline that does not respond. Does anyone know? Or have a contact at this company? I worked hard on that shop and spent time on the report! This is my 161st shop and my first bad experience.

I just googled them, and they seem legit. The date problem seems to be a programming error, similar to ones I've had with other companies. But their not responding to you is another matter, unethical and uncaring. Here's an address and phone #. Let us know how you make out.

Yes they are legit. I've shopped for them for a couple of years. As far as I know this grocery shop is the only one they have. Their website is quirky and you don't get a lot of contact with them. I looked back over some of my stuff and I don't have a contact name either. Just the email you have. But I have never had a problem getting a report in to them.
OK, everything is fine. I just got worried when I didn't get a response. I finally got an e-mail, 5 days after my initial e-mail to them, unsigned, so I still don't have a contact, but the e-mail told me that "the server that maintains our evaluation forms in in Europe, so some times the time differences cause a hiccup in the system like the one you experienced. All is well - we fixed the time problem and submitted your shop to the customer 3 days ago. Thanks for your patience." I'm a little distressed that it took them 5 days to respond to me (especially when their response to me came 3 days after they submitted the report to the customer) but am glad it was ok. I like their grocery shop and liked the report - - except at the end when it wouldn't allow me to submit. So, all's well that ends well.
