Consumer Research Group?

Has anyone had trouble recently getting paid by Consumer Research Group (CRG)?? I have always been paid on time, the month following the shops -- usually around the 20-25th of the month after the shops are completed. However, I'm still waiting on payment from August shops and haven't gotten a response to my email to them. I have 3 shops scheduled this month for them (one of them is this week) and I'm concerned about the lack of response. Their website doesn't list a phone number and I can't locate one. I'm hoping the check was just delayed in the mail or something, but I'm getting anxious. Anyone else have this problem??

This is not a company I am signed up with because their front page never shows anything around me. There is a thread on them at Volition.com [forum.volition.com] that faults them more for failure to communicate than for payment issues. There are few recent posts but the existing ones would indicate 2 months for payment as being their normal turn around.
Thanks! I have signed up on the Volition forum, but the message you get after signing up says it can take up to 14 days to get your confirmation email before you can begin posting there -- yikes!!
