Shy, did you try calling them, and speaking to someone in charge regarding this? This company does not have a reputation for not paying their shoppers, although, sometimes they do have 'technical' difficulties as far as shoppers being able to actually input the shop.
From what I've read, the best thing to do if this does happen to you, is to take a 'screen shot' of the error message, and then, call and/or write them asap.
