Maritz scheduling?

Anyone have issues with the Maritz scheduling method? I checked a couple of checkboxes on their site for 2 shops I wanted to do. I would say 90% of the companies for which I currently shop handle all their scheduling on-line and via e-mail. For some reason, Maritz appears to handle things over the phone? E-mail and self-assign works MUCH better for me as far as scheduling goes.

Now, I have a scheduler calling my home number (don't really want to get bugged over the phone at work) while I'm at work. The couple of times I have been able to try a call back from work, I always get dumped to some generic voice mail box.

I think I'm just gonna bail on these shops for now. It has been too much of a pain trying to get this scheduled. The companies that have self-assign or handle everything via e-mail are much, much more convenient for me.

Yes, the ladies of Maritz do a lot of their scheduling by phone. It is a relic of the pre-computer era. Once you have successfully completed a bunch of shops with them you are allowed to self assign. I understand they are creeping into the 21st century with an upgrade to their website soon and payment via Paypal. They have never been a problem with payments, though Paypal is indeed the method of payment I prefer. I also understand that receipts will be uploadable which will save the postage and potential loss from mailing in the receipts.
Anyone having trouble uploading their shop instructions? I have 3 assignments coming up but I haven't been able to get the instructions. I tried the help line but...
You may already know this, however, postal instructions, and gas audits are mailed. Hardee and Walgreen can be downloaded from the site. I go to symble on the left and get my information form the page that comes up. Downloads for instructions, questionaires, invoice, shop list and directions. You can also debrief from this page. If you pull up the instuctions page usally there is a print this form/ page box. If that does not work I go to file and print from that menu. Sometimes I get thrown out of the site but I just go back in and try again.
I do Maritz and love them. All I have to send them by mail is my invoice for my shop. Everything else I can download from the site and then "debrief" on my assignment page.

They give great bonus and bonus shops for a "client ready" surveys.

I have problems with another company site and when I'm ready to go into the site I go to my "internet options" and delete history and files and the company site comes up nicely.

Sometimes it's a "cookie" thing.
