Have you cancelled any shops recently? I had self-assigning rights and then I tried some of their gas shops besides my usual bank shops. I hated the first three gas shops that I did so I called Maritz and cancelled the remaining shops. I think there were 3-5 shops left. They never told me that I would be penalized but the next time I went to self-assign, my rights had been taken away from me.
I called Maritz and they explained everything to me. They said for every shop I complete properly and on time, my score will increase. Since I do so many bank jobs for them (hee, hee, hee!), by the following month, I had my self-assign status back.
Just goes to show that there is life after cancelling. :-)
