Specific to Calif Mystery shops?

Hi is there any way I can find out what shops are California shops, instead of signing up with a company & finding out they only do Canada or Midwest. Sometimes I feel like I'm wasting my time since it takes so long to sign up with some of them. I've tried to do searches but just go in circles. Thanks for input

Welcome to the weird, wonderful, wacky world of mystery shopping. Can't tell you how many companies I've signed on with looking for work in the Midwest only to find all the jobs are in California.

No, in almost every case, companies make you sign up and provide your personal info and SS# and sign a confidentiality agreement before they will tell you much 0f anything, including who their clients are and what areas they shop.
Hi there!
I offer $20 & $25 apartment shops all over CA on both of these websites if you're interested:

www.starshopsonline.com

[ctcss.archondev.com]

Both websites offer apartment shops only and 90% of the shops offered are in CA.

I'm looking forward to working with you!

CTCSS is a great group to work with. However, $25 is too little for an apartment shop. EPMS pays $40.
I'm not sure what EPMS shops involve or what the reports look like but our CA apartment shops are very popular at $25. I've been told by shoppers they are far less involved than others they have done and well worth the $25 smiling smiley Hoping to see you over there and please email me if you need anything tracy@ctcss.com.

Happy Shopping!
EMPs $40.00 shops are Video, I keep getting emails, and don't do video, yet they want me to pass their certification test.

Live consciously....
As far as I know EPMS pays more than $40 for video unless that's the rate for shoppers without their own equipment. Written around here are more than $25.

Our apartment shops are NON-video. Our shops do have a recorded phone call - we give you a toll free 866 number to dial so it records automatically. This means you don't have to take notes while on your call, you can just listen to the recording while filling out the report winking smiley

Our shops are a lot of fun - and the properties are BEAUTIFUL!
Around here, EPMS pays $40 for non-video shops, and $50 for video shops using EPMS equipment. I maintain that $25 is poor pay for an apartment shop, even if the report is easier than EPMS's report. I refuse to support an MSC that underbids and takes clients away from an MSC that pays well, because the end result is permanently lower fees for shoppers.
We have apartment shops in the San Francisco Bay area. We pay $35 for the shops which include a phone shop follwoed by onsite.

Shopping Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco, and surrounding cities.
I think $25 is fine for an apartment shop if it's close to home and the survey isn't too lengthy, especially if you can get two or more that are relatively close to each other.
