What's wrong with this subject title?

I just got an automated e-mail from a MSC. This is the subject line for the e-mail...

Retail mattress shop, no purchase required! (Due: 05-13-12) from Cusotmer Impact, LLC

How about the ones for car dealerships that say that and to make sure your really have no doubt, "If you choose to make a purchase you will not be reimbursed."

AustinMom, I got one of those this week. A couple of years ago they only paid $15. Gotta love a company that actually raises fees, plus they are a total joy to work withsmiling smiley

I just did the 15.00 fee for a 5,999 mattress...can't they pay more, watched a 6 minute video lying down and nearly fell asleep, very cozy. No bed bugs here.

These are cool. I always ask the slaesperson if she can lay beside me while I adjust the sleep number for both sides. I left one associate during a shop. She was snoring and must have been very tired. (I am just kidding)

Ugh, I lived in South Carolina for years...love the state but can't stand the "palmetto bugs." Up here in the north we call them ROACHES!!!

Does your roaches fly? The palmetto does - scared the heck out of me one night when it flew across the room. I saw the mattress shops - how's the report? I shied away from doing mattress shops, after one obnoxious sales person said he knows I was not going to buy a mattress because he's been selling mattresses all his life. He said single person does not shop for a mattress when they are married. He did not quite come right out and called me out as a mystery shopper, but he hinted loudly!

I do not understand why you would shy away. This just needs to go in the report and if they keep this person on or do not talk to them re this, then there is no reason for the co. to be paying an MSC for reports. The mattress shops , for the same MSC, not the sleep number ones, pay great with a very reasonable report. They do want a lot of detail, but fair in this case.

I shy away because this guy was confrontational and in my face. Very uncomfortable situation that I had to do the shop and made my report difficult to write. I would think it's understandable to not want to repeat bad experiences and that one was one bad experience. The guy was bullying and tried to taunt me the entire time. Yes, it all went into the report.
