Intouch Insight Site down?

Im trying to enter shops on Intouch Insight and it seems the website is down. Anyone else having problems?

Yes I have been trying since about 4 PM. I couldn't remember if they had a note up that they would be down today or not but at any rate I think my two shops will have to wait until tomorrow at this point.

I had two reports due yesterday. The site is finally up this morning. However, since my jobs were due yesterday I cannot enter them this morning. Does anyone know if they're communicative with you with technical issues? I've been working for them for a few months. I made a mistake with the first shop I did for them, and it took them one month to inform me of that. But I have not had any issues with them since until yesterday.

I saw no information about the site being down.

What is their pay schedule? Do you know if their shops are on a rotation?

Pay schedule is they pay by direct deposit near the end of the month following the month of the shop....e.g. April shops will be paid in late May. I shop some convenience stores for them, and these are not on a rotation. I've been able to shop them monthly.

I just got on and had no trouble inputting my reports from yesterday. Maybe they reset reports and you could try again.

Thanks for the heads up Liz. I just checked the InTouch site and my assignments are there with a due date of May 9. I can enter them after work and don't have to worry about it during the day. Thanks.

Must be a new (or different) pay schedule as I just got paid today for 9 shops I did the first couple of days of the month (definitely done in May). Nice surprise!
