GapBuster - no pay for a closed location they asked me to?

I did some shops they practically begged me to do... they called me over and over and OVER and O V E R again; I finally agreed with a bonus because of distance and tolls. One of the locations was closed, as in shut down and vacated. There was no question asking if the location was open so I did my best to fill out the form, made a note about it being closed and included a picture as proof. Now in my shop log it says Rejected/Canceled. Shouldn't I still be compensated since it was in no way my fault. Shouldn't they have known it wasn't an active location? I tried to email them but no response.

I had one of those last month and was told to skip the form and e-mail the info. Road trip, huge bonuses. To be on the safe side I even shopped the new location since it was just across the parking lot. They guaranteed I would be paid because they were going to charge the client for it. Payment comes this month and I'm not only short that shop, but another one here at regular pay. My closed location shows cancelled, but the other says accepted and as a fee shows the same amount I was short. WTH? I'm still waiting for a response to my e-mail from just over a week ago. Starting Monday the e-mails are going to be fast and furious, It's almost a $100 and I don't take that crap without a huge fight.

I tried to shop a closed location on a bonused shop, after which I submitted a photo by email. The shop thereafter showed as canceled in my shop log, though I was assured I'd be paid. I did receive payment with a partial bonus, which was fine with me, considering how little work I did for it.
Good news, kind of. I did hear from them and the answer was they don't know how the error occurred, but it is their error and I am to be paid. I'm feeling more comfortable about it now.
