Well, after literally months of applying and not getting the mall jobs, I am still receiving airport, golf and funeral emails, many in parts unknown to mankind, certainly out of my stated 30 mile radius, and up to 4 a day.
I finally replied asking to PLEASE not send these jobs that I am unable to
do. I go to their site and yes, my setting says no emails. I then see big
letters that I have been manually de-activated, which is fine since they have no respect for the shopper, however, I again receive two more golf emails.
Talk about needing control.

I am sorry to hear that. I have not taken a shop for them yet. I applied for two recently and they are still pending. I like the MSCs where you just take the job or not. It is so hard to plan your future when you are pending!

They pend forever, yes, it is annoying. i'll live without them, since I haven't worked for them in a year or so. Just thought it so rude.

I agree Irene. I am getting the same shops offered, I have never played golf and never plan on it!! Too slow of a sport for me. My brothers all play so I guess I could take one of them, but they would probably be on the ground laughing at me trying to hit the ball off the tee and missing it a hundred times before ever hitting it.

This may be a good prospect for a company where you do not sign up for emails, but stay affiliated, especially if you are only getting email for things that do not interest you. If they do airport circuits at an airport near you, these can be very lucrative. Those are worth checking the job board for early in the month. I have done over 400 airport shops for them in 3 years and like both the chance to do 10-16 shops under one roof, and the reimbursed "swag" that I bring home. And, I really, really like their staff.

LAX airport is a mere 80+ miles from me and a major hassle, so no, I don't do
their airport jobs either, or else I would. They only have a Mexican restaurant there for 15.00, no thanks. Why send emails that one can't do, when
setting says no emails, then de-activate when told about it?

I just got my first job for them! It was my first recorded phone call. I love that they just let you dial in and enter a pin to do it. Brilliant!

I do see that they have airport shops and circuits. Should I just contact the scheduler and tell them flight times and see what they give me? I don't want to apply to each shop individually as they don't have the hours posted and one of my flights is a red-eye.

For the circuits they usually have a way to get you through security when you are not flying. It depends on the airport. Call and ask about the airports near you. Circuits are done mornings 9:30- @Pm and 2:00-maybe 6 PM and tend to be clustered.
