*Not to be confused with MF!*
This company doesn't usually have jobs in my area - well, there's one, every month they do have. I wish they had more - maybe they will someday.
I just finished (finally) reconciling all of my jobs from the 1st of 2012. Whether Paypal, DD, check, etc. Printed out all of the ShopMetrics Invoices from the various companies.
In doing so, I realized that one invoice from Shopper Force was incorrect for my husband. The February invoice said "$13.00" - but he was only paid $10.00 in Paypal. I checked & double checked my husband's paypal account, and could not find a $13.00 deposit. Strike one - right?
I then looked at my account, and found on my job spreadsheet a job from February - they had it listed as "Paid" - but I still have it open/owing. I also perused my paypal account and could not find a deposit from them for $10.00. Oh lovely, I'm thinking I'm in for a big battle, either getting ignored, or saying it was deposited, etc. (Polly Pessimistic)
Sent an email Friday - through their "Contact Us" page, and also called the number I could find & left a voice mail.
I got an email from Mike Hendricks this morning (Not sure of his position or if he's the owner) - but the email arrived Sunday @ 6:30 AM - with a huge apology, and an immediate deposit in both my husband's paypal account AND mine for the money owed.
Now THAT is service!
(and please know, I don't usually like to mention good MSC's because that takes away from limited jobs in my area, and there are a LOT of shoppers around here!)
