Service Intelligence

I did a shop for them today, but now can't input the form! I've emailed my scheduler (KSS) and the company itself. I've tried several browsers, but when I click "Proceed to Evaluation Form", it just brings me back to home page. Anyone have a solution for this? It's due today sad smiley Was a really high paying shop.

Is that Service Intelligence International ?

got an email from them

what kind of shops do they do?

how are their survey forms - long, short, crazed ?

looking for any info before I dive in.

I just tried my first shop...education based. Form doesn't seem long from print out, but I haven't been able to enter it. The scheduler said several people are having issues. Blah
