Mysteryshopperpros

Hi,
I just wanted to give shoppers that have not dealt with Mysteryshopperpros.com some insight. From what I know they do car dealerships and the communication between shopper and scheduler/owner is really bad. Every time I email to ask a question after I have accepted a shop, the email answer I receive is a very curt one-liner, always. These type of replies from them has happened to me time and time again. This is the only company that I have dealt with that even has this kind of tone in their email, although I know email does not always convey the proper message. So, if you do email them and ask a question hopefully they will respond half decent, but be aware of the very rude one-liner response.
Also, when something like this happens is it proper for the shopper to let them know the problem or is it best to keep quiet. I am unsure what to do.

You will have to give an example of what you consider curt. Please be aware that schedulers get many many emails everyday and do not have time to write anything other than the required info. Curt is one thing, rude is another.
None of us appreciate curt or rude responses. cynb has a good point about schedulers getting a ton of e-mails. A lot of companies have cut back and schedulers may have larger territories and more clients to contend with than before. As much as I would prefer nice responses, any response in a timely manner beats the heck out of e-mails that are ignored or not answered for days and dayssmiling smiley As you said too, it's not always possible to correctly gauge intent from an e-mail. Some write in a way that is similar to business letters in days of yore and other's use it for just super quick responses.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

That is the key phrase Lisa!
