EPMS shop limit question. When it says you can do 4 shops

EPMS question. When it says you can do 4 shops does that mean 4 shops on your home page at once? 4 shops a week? 4 shops a month? Some shops I get emails about do not show up on my page as available. I feel this has to do with the 4 shop limit.

I have often had far more than four shops on my assignment list when I am doing a route, and I can still see the lists of available shops at those times, so I am not sure what is governing what you can see.

My advice would be to call your scheduler. I have been told by EPMS staff to call because they are really quite bad at keeping up with email.
