CRI not receiving report photo's

Hi everyone. I am having "____ on error" messages in my in box after almost every report with CRI. I am using PIX resizer and they have to be in the report before it will send but somehow they are not getting all the job photos. Is it my computer? Am I doing something wrong? Is anyone else having this problem?

Make sure your internet browser is Internet Explorer. I know alot of people have trouble if using something else.

I have had that problem also even though I haven't received an error, just them asking for the picture.

I had it happen also but I wasn't using IE. No problem if you use IE. Carolina are you using IE? I actually had a pretty nasty email from one of them there regarding this. Unnecessarily rude IMHO.
