Have I been deactivated?

I had a similar problem/experience. Haven't received any email from them for a while and when thought it was because I must have told them that I wouldn't be available to shop for a while and wondered if I had forgotten to let them know that I was available again. I tried to log into their system and found that it would not let me log in. I contacted them through their Help/Contact link and found out that I must have mistakenly reported their email as spam and therefore was deactivated.

Fixed it and now I'm back.

I can login and see my shops. The report shops tab and the reschedule/cancel tab is still active.

Wow that is good you didn't lose your shops. Maybe because you have been with them for so long. I've only been with them for a few months. I've been doing MS for 12yrs and I have companies that will help me out like that too.

Typically when MF deactivates a shopper, I am told that the shopper logs in and cannot see the Web FX so the shopper is no longer able to select new shops. But everything else should still be there. Any shops already assigned to the shopper are still assigned, and the shopper can complete all already-assigned shops. A lot of shoppers worry that they will not be paid for shops done after the deactivation, but I have never heard of MF not paying for the shops done. Even if you cannot assign yourself any more shops, you should be able to complete the shops that were already assigned to you. Or to cancel them if you prefer.

You know you are deactivated when you log in and the web select shop tab is missing. You can still log on in the website for a few months afterwards until the completed shops are paid and they always pay for the shops done when you are deactivated. Then you are unable to log in completely. If it is near the end of the month and you are deactivated, they completely remove the shops that you have to do. There is no magic number or restriction on how many jobs you can do and then reach a magic deactivation point. I have done more than 2k shops and get the tax form annually for a substantial amount from MF. A problem with deactivation is that some are done automatically by the computer and depending on how long you have been shopping with them, the help desk is not willing to give you the benefit of a doubt and try to resolve the reason for deactivation as they assume you are trying to scam them. There is a minority of shoppers who do try to scam by signing up for multiple accounts to overcome restrictions, do not do both sides for the FF client, phone in the phone shops, etc. MF is a multibillion dollar company that right now tries to become a multinational and does not have the time to deal with the emotional needs of some of the shoppers. Many of the other ms companies are small businesses and the owner and senior employees are the schedulers/office managers/accountants and are more willing to try and resolve issues themselves. That's not MF's profile. Many shoppers make a substantial work with MF and these are the ones most often that run into a problem due to the higher probability of misunderstanding and automatic deactivation (it can be from time between shops as has been mentioned earlier, not submitting 2 receipts for multiple FF shops that only have 1 side but the computer can not differentiate that and see a receipt slot still open, etc). Just be diligent and polite and probably you will be reactivated later if you ask politely and have worked for them for a year or more.
I called a scheduler and she acted as if she had no idea I was deactivated. She offered to sign me up for more shops! All that was available were, in her words, the "ones no one wants." I have emailed the help desk, but not gotten a reply. Perhaps I will next week. Thanks for all of the info. How do all of you know so much?

Because the story from a shopper that he has logged in and discovered the select shops link is just "GONE" and subsequently learned that "MF is no longer able to offer you shops" is a pretty frequent one.
