Ok, so two of my last three payments have contained errors. On both occasions, one completed shop was omitted from the payment. The first time, I contacted them and it was paid the following week. I have just sent an email for the second mistake and will await their response. I'm assuming they'll just pay it next week, as they did before. This has me a little concerned, though. If I wasn't on top of this and examining the details of each payment, I would be losing money. I've always loved CORI and still do, but I really want these mistakes to stop. The number one reason I leave companies is when it becomes a hassle to receive payment.
So, has anyone else been experiencing these minor problems as of late??? Maybe there's been an issue in the payroll department?
