TD BANK Shops

Does anyone know what happened to the TD Bank platforms shops? I have been doing them for over a year and now the MSC that had them is no longer offering them. Not sure if the program just ended or if another MSC picked them up.

You can't mention the client and the MSC in the same thread. Am I missing something? I don't see the name of the MSC in either the title or the post. But then again I don't know what TD stands for either, LOL!

The question is fine because no company has been mentioned, only the client. Of course nobody can say "XYZ still shops them" or "they moved over to PDQ" because then client and company name would exist in the same thread.

You can name a client in a thread OR you can name a company in a thread. You just can't have both appear in the same thread.

Thanks...I thought if anyone answered that would be where the violation would be...so for now I will just have to try and find those shops another way.

It would still be possible for someone to say "The same MSP is still shopping them" or "They have moved to another MSP" or "They seem to not be being shopped at this time" without it being an ICA violation. The issue would be if they tried to be helful and named the company that had the shops.

Gee, now that you mention it, I think you're right. I, too, have done many, many of these...to the point I couldn't look at them. But I just went out the job board and there are none...they usually have a bunch they can't get rid of all month...

I just checked and they're still with the same MSC as they've been for the past couple of years.

P.S. TD stand for Toronto-Dominion bank.
