I had a problem over the last two days with trying to schedule a shop. The Bestmark person's replies to my emails didn't make sense. Today, I called Bestmark so I could talk to a human. Not only was he was very helpful, but he also asked for the emails I had received so he could look into it. I really appreciate that level of concern for the shopper.
NOTE: I'm not on the forum every day. If someone comments on my post, I might not reply right away. I've been a shopper since 1991. I've never done any work for a MS company in any other capacity.
