I did my first shop for them today and am having trouble with their receipt upload system. When I go to upload the receipt, it just says "Please wait. Your file is uploading.." This stays on the screen -- I've waited and waited but it won't upload. Anyone ever have this problem with them? I know the file isn't too large -- it's actually pretty small. Anyways, I sent an email to them with the receipt attached. Haven't heard back yet and I'm hoping this won't be an issue.

Yes, I have. Trying a different browser usually works for me. Also, if you're on a mac and the files reads as a .jpeg, you can try changing the extension to .jpg. If neither of these things work, contact your scheduler. Don't worry about the report -- all the data should still be there.
yea i'm using IE...haven't tried another browser as I don't have one installed and am just waiting for their response to my email
I also had the sam problem on two separate shops--the upload page never appeared. All you can do is contact them and ask about faxing the receipt and invoice page.
Twice I had the problem and twice I didn't but always used Internet Explorer, go figure!
I feel for you.These things happened to me late in the evening. Once I waited till way past midnight. Maybe my scanned receipt was on the ICCDS upload line?

There are definitely still kinks in the system. I've had a variety of different problems with the upload process, and it's incrdibly inconsistent. However, when the problem has been an upload delay, a different browser has always solved it. However, that said, I don't use IE as a browser at all.

Same here. I thought ICC/DS website says to use Firefox, but I may be mistaken.
I use Firefox and it works just fine. It is a bit slow on the upload, but eventually it goes through.

I had a problem again just the other day. Didn't go through on Firefox, but when I logged in through Safari, the upload worked fine.

I am sorry to hear about the receipt upload difficulty and do appreciate your patience with the process. I am more than happy to assist with questions or concerns. Do you know if when you uploaded the file it was jpg.?
