Tabacco Compliance shops

So there are a bunch of these available where I am. The only thing I'm wondering is, what do I do with the tabacco products if I am allowed to buy them? Can you return Cigerretes? lol I don't smoke.

I don't really want to do the shops if I'm going to get a bunch of worthless ciggerettes, even though I would get paid back for them.

That's funny. As long as I was fully reimbursed and the pay for the shop was good I wouldn't care too much what I was buying. I smoke, but a couple years ago had to purchase cigs that were not my brand so I left them at a friend's bar.

Great idea! The price of cigarettes goes up every few months it seems.

i have friends whom i give them too... sometimes they give me money most of the time no...

you could donate them to salvation army or the city mission or some homeless shelter... those people smoke like they are on fire...

I use my daughter for these shops b/c I'm too old....(which is allowed in this area). However, there has never been a clerk that lets her buy smokes without her ID. We must run on to the super diligent clerks!!

I'm taking my son on a few of these later this week. If he ends up buy any cigs I would be happy to send them to smokers via a shipping shop once one becomes available. It seems he is required to purchase the 'least expensive' cigarettes. I have no idea what brand that might be or how much they cost. I don't know any smokers.

depends where you live... around here they are native american brand ones... cant remember the name...

also depends on the place... i have done 7 so far at one of the truck stops in the area and they fail every time... also did a random one at a bp station ... they failed too... all in PA

used to do them in new york and never had one miss a tag... probably the consequences in ny are worse than in PA

I've found that "least expensive" varies from store to store. I'm also not going to ASK what the least expensive brand is (wouldn't that tip them off?). I look at the signs and pick out the least expensive brand that I can see the price of.

In my experience, my ID is never checked. I must look OLD! lol
