Thanks for the 411! The site is strange to say the least. I have an assignment and no client name, just a mall address. Don't know about you guys, but around here mall addresses are about as useful as you know what's on a boar! I know the product, there are 5 different retailers that could be selling it and the space numbers provided on the job order don't match any one of themsmiling smiley

Totally agree w/ this and the other posts. If I may ask, did you do a shop for them and if so, how did it go.
Does anyone know how to contact them? I sent something through the website last week about job searches and they never responded. After assigning my first job yesterday I asked them for the name of the store I'm to visit on Thursday and still nothing. I'm still having a hard time figuring out how I'm supposed to visit a website and then call the store without knowing which store it might be.

I worked for them for years and the only way I spoke with them was when they called me (which they did monthly to beg me to do jobs which I always accepted) The last report I had they sent an email requesting info and I tried to email them using at least 5 different email addresses I could find and two different computers. All of them bounced back to me. The only way i could contact them was thru the contact us form which they often do not answer. But, they finally "let me go" for demographic reasons. I miss their shops but I don't miss their mysteriousness. I guess they are a true "mystery" company.

If they don't contact me there really won't be any choice but to cancel the assignment. I can't very well go to the mall and just visit 5 different wireless stores hoping that one of them is the correct location. Without more info the one they want might not even be there anymore, LOL!

Yeah, I did a shop for them. I had an issue, so I both emailed and submitted a request through the website. No response. I won't be shopping for them again until they get their @#$%& together.

Lisa, I wouldn't have any qualms about canceling your shop. It sucks, though, because the pay is good.

That's what I was thinking after I saw the report. Add to that there are several jobs close by and it looked like a sweet deal which is the one and only reason I hate to cancel. If they won't respond there is certainly no guilt on my part. I certainly asked my question within a reasonable amount of time so it's on them.

Lisa: I have a deck that I bought at an estate sale, sadly the Good Fortune With Mystery Shopping card is missing.
An, that's bad news. But is the "Death" card there? My friend who has recently taken up tarot tells me the death card does not actually mean the end of the line, it actually means "major change" which can be good or bad ......
That's true, but I think the card still freaks people out. I actually have a deck and the artwork is beautiful. Instead of the traditional cards they are all based on Arthurian legend.

Yes I agree with the contact process dilemma. When i submitted a question under the drop down menu, there is zero confirmation that my question went through. So I ended clicking the button submit multiple times, same results.
My assignment is still sitting there with a due date of February 16. There is a link to reschedule even though there are no reschedule dates in the drop down. Cancel is also on there with no link available, LOL!

Some good news on my job. I finally heard from them. It did include an apology and they said the shop was being listed as closed until they client could provide a phone number or correct address. No problems since they said there were other shops and invited me to take any I might like. Ten minutes later they e-mailed back with a phone number and reassigned it for tomorrow. As luck would have it I'm going to the same mall for another job tomorrow so it's seems to be working out.

Good news Lisa. I am glad for you. Good rapport with the co/scheduler is really very improtant. I had a similar one as well which really frustrated me since nobody was responding. But now that the holiday is over, they asked me, "Could you please revisit." I was ready to delete that company.
Yeah, it's against my nature to throw away a company that pays decent and on timesmiling smiley The job was certainly easy peasy.

I did my two assignments, pretty easy, fun, learned a lot. Signed up for two more. Now just waiting for my review. I did have a question, so waiting to hear the answer to that also.
