Can anyone give me a phone number for an IT person for this company? I've been trying to get my SSN number corrected and the woman I've been emailing with just doesn't seem to get what the problem is and it would be much, much easier to do a phone call.

P.S. I have the number of 1-419-422-3196 but every time I call that number I get a message that I need "a long distance access code." What's up with that?

The only number that I have ever had for CRI is this one, and she is a bit rude lol but hopefully you can work your way from there.

I don't care if she's rude if she will just do a simple search using my SSN to see if there are two records for me in the database and we can get rid of one of them!! And thx.
