They don't have a "board", but will send me an email addy and a password for reporting. Here's a portion of their email to me...I hope I'm not breaking any rules with this!
Thank you for accepting this upcoming assignment. We appreciate it very much. Please take a moment to mark the dates in your calendar. (See subject line)
(VERY IMPORTANT. Please take the appropriate steps in your e-mail’s Options Settings to be sure we can contact you without getting lost in your provider’s spam filters. Your help via an early effort to establish a link between us will be greatly appreciated.)
Please read this carefully as it tells you what to expect next. For all first time evaluators with us we offer this advice: Please, please, spend extra time on your first assignment to read everything we send you completely and thoroughly. People that spend the time the first time understand very easily what is expected and how to do it in a manner that insures lots of future assignments. If you don’t read to learn you won’t do it correctly, you’ll have trouble doing it, and you won’t enjoy it. We want you to enjoy it and do them for us as long as you want to.
This email is acknowledgement that we received your acceptance and our confirmation to you that we will be expecting you to complete the Assignment on one of the dates agreed. (See subject line)
What will happen next? Approximately 7 days prior to the start date we will send you another email. Its subject line will read: ASSIGNMENT for XXooo for Evaluator # oooo.
There will be an Adobe pdf document attached to that email. The Attachment will instruct you on what to look and listen for while at the location. You must read that thoroughly to perform a successful evaluation.
In the email itself will be the “how to file” instructions. There will be four ‘keys’ that make up your "password" to logon to our server to complete your report. The ‘keys’ are provided for each assignment you do, and are slightly different each time.
