Actually what you really need to do is set up a system for tracking your pay and reimbursements. Most companies provide their payment information on their websites. Many of us use a spreadsheet format. I also color code jobs and change the color as they are completed and finally paid. To blindly trust that your payments will be on time and there will not be any errors is a recipe for disaster. You need to be prepared to contact companies sooner rather than later if there is an error.
