Is anyone else having a problem logging in to MF and/or CFA?
I've been trying since 8 pm last night to login to Certified's site with no luck. I can get to MF's home page; but when I try to click through to either blue or purple portal, I get the same message that IE cannot connect to the site. Windows diagnostic finds no problem with my connection. I'm at a complete loss. I can access everybody else's site with no problem.
I supposedly have good anti-virus protection from Avira.
I called the help desk last night at 10 pm & they had not heard of anyone else having problems. I attached my paperwork & photos, but got a call this morning from the scheduler that they're waiting for my report. I e-mailed everything to her also, but I don't know what else to do.
