Rather than state my favorite MSC, which wouldn't be possible, I've chosen to list the criteria I would use in naming the winner.
1-Absolutely no begging schedulers. If you NEED the shop completed, pay what it takes to accomplish that goal.
2-A reasonable pay period.
3-Clear, concise and correct shop guidelines.
4-Remuneration that's consummate with the involved time and work.
....and finally---5-Conduct business as business; leave ALL personal issues at home.
