They have a chain of restaurants that is mostly on the west coast and Hawaii with a few scattered ones on the east coast in NYC. If the dropdown does not include your part of the country that means there are no shops there that day...They put these shops up once a month or so and if you happen to hit the site before someone else applies you will see them. Since there are so few they sometimes dissappear quickly. I am pretty sure they do not have this shop in Mass.and they seem to have only this one restaurant for the past few years.
